Who we are

This website, leonmedia.eu, is run by Leon Group ApS, trading as Leon Media, Kronprinsessegade 44, 3. th, 1306 København K, Denmark (CVR DK44084651), the marketing agency of David Leon Junghanns. Leon Media runs paid social advertising for e-commerce brands. You can reach us at david@leonmedia.eu for anything related to your personal data.

What data this website collects

• Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it records your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
• Booking a call. When you book a Scaling Session, the booking widget is provided by Calendly. Calendly processes the name, email address and time slot you enter under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details by email so we can hold the call with you.
• Email. When you write to us, we keep your message and our reply as long as needed to handle your request and for as long as we work together.

The site itself sets no cookies of its own. Calendly may set cookies when you open the booking widget.

Advertising on Meta platforms

Leon Media uses Meta’s advertising tools to run and measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. We use Meta’s Marketing API to create and manage our own advertising campaigns. This data is handled under Meta’s Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy) and is not sold to third parties. leonmedia.eu does not use the Meta Pixel.

Data deletion requests

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email david@leonmedia.eu with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address you used with Leon Media. Within 30 days we will remove your name, email address, phone number and company details from our records and past correspondence, remove you from our emails, and stop sending information about you to advertising platforms, including Meta. We keep invoicing records without your personal details attached, because tax and accounting law requires it. We will confirm by email when this is done.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email david@leonmedia.eu.

Changes

If we change what this site collects, for example by adding a Meta Pixel or a contact form, we update this page and the date at the top.
